These terms apply when you use mysuperiorhealth.co.uk or book physiotherapy or shockwave therapy with Bilal Ali at Superior Health & Physiotherapy.
Booking and payment
Appointments are reserved through the online diary or by phone. Prices are as shown at booking. Most sessions require a £20 deposit, which is non-refundable but is taken off the treatment fee.
Cancellations
Please cancel as early as you can. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged.
Treatment
Physiotherapy involves physical assessment and treatment and carries a risk of soreness or, rarely, injury. Tell us about medical conditions before treatment.
Website
The site is provided as-is. We are not responsible for booking-tool outages or third-party maps.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
