Shoulder pain assessment
Rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, general stiffness, or pain that spreads into the shoulder blade and back. We test how your shoulder actually moves, then treat what we find in your first visit.
Shoulders are my main area of interest, so this assessment goes deeper than a standard screen. You leave with exercises to protect the movement you've gained.

Back pain assessment
Sciatica, disc pain or general stiffness. Most back pain keeps coming back because the real cause was never identified. We find it first.
You'll get a clear plan for what to do and what to avoid while it settles, not just rest and painkillers.
